it’s not a result of photoshop you guys. if anyone ACTUALLY payed attention to what fingers are being shown, it’s actually her right hand (in which case the elbow could very well be obscured by her head.) IF it were to be her left hand, her thumb would be facing the camera, NOT her pinky.

therefore this drawing is invalid.
